STAMMCUT® diffusion annealed wire electrodes are characterized by a high-performance cutting rate in combination with the ability for precision cuts. The typical brown colour of these electrodes is achieved by a special production process and reflects the copper enrichment in the coating layer.

STAMM<i>CUT</i> <sup>®</sup> Xi

STAMMCUT ® Xi

The wire electrode STAMMCUT® Xi was developed for the frequent use on CHARMILLES-Machines. With its coating of diffusion-treated zinc-copper composite and the copper core it is used as a high-performance wire offering high cutting rates, as well as for precision cuts. The processing speed of this wire electrode is up to 25% higher in comparison to brass wire and allows a significant reduction of production costs.

This wire electrode is also suitable for automatic threading.

STAMMCUT ® Di 800

The wire electrode STAMMCUT® Di 800 consists of a special alloyed core material and is covered with a coating layer of diffusion-treated zinc-copper composite. Thanks to the combination of a highly conductive core and a high final tensile strength, this electrode is ideal for high-performance cuts. It fully complies all requirements to contour and dimensional accuracy in combination with an outstanding high surface quality.

It is suited for automatic threading und universally applicable for all machine types. It is particularly suitable for the use on SODICK- and AGIE CHARMILLES-Machines.

STAMM<i>CUT</i> <sup>®</sup> Di 400

STAMMCUT ® Di 400

The wire electrode STAMMCUT® Di 400 is the soft version of the wire type STAMMCUT® Di 800. Thanks to the combination of a specialalloyed, highly conductive core material with a coating layer of diffusion-treated zinc-copper composite this electrode type reaches highest abrasion results. The compressed surface is free of wear due to a special thermal treatment. In combination with the ability to receive high mechanical loads it is applicable for conical cuts up to 30°.

This wire electrode is of course suitable for automatic threading as well as applicable on numerous types of machines.
