STAMMCUT ® BRASS 1050
The electrode type STAMMCUT® Brass 1050 with its modified chemical composition achieves the highest tensile strength of approx. 1050-1070 N/mm². This type is used whenever high mechanical tensions are required, for example in the case of high work pieces. Using this wire electrode the cut workpiece achieves a surface which is free of deposits.
Optimum threadability is also ensured with this wire electrode. The wire electrode is especially developed for the use on all Japanese machines.

STAMMCUT ® BRASS 950
The bright, uncoated brass wire electrode CuZn36 is used for a broad field of applications. Outstanding chemical purity, tight measuring tolerances and clean surfaces guarantee the high precision of the cut work piece.
The special straightness of these wire electrodes, in particular of the high-tensile strength wire types, warrants the automatic threadability.

STAMMCUT ® BRASS 500
The wire electrode STAMMCUT® Brass 500 is the medium hard version of the wire type STAMMCUT® Brass 950. The high ductility of these wire electrodes allows for applications with work pieces intended for conical cutting jobs.
This wire electrode is also suitable for automatic threading and universally applicable on all current machine types.
